A self actuated pressure control valve is an automatic control valve that regulates pressure without requiring any external power source such as electricity, compressed air, or hydraulic actuators. It uses the process fluid’s own pressure energy to operate the valve mechanism.
Pressure Reducing Regulators: The function of a self actuated pressure control valve is to automatically maintain a desired pressure in a system by regulating fluid flow using the process pressure itself as the operating force.
Inlet Pressure (P1): The maximum supply pressure the valve can handle. Standard models often handle up to 115 bar while special purpose gas regulators can manage up to 250 bar
Outlet Pressure Range (P2): As per requirement
Our DA-SAPCV series operates on the force-balanced principle, achieved through a spring-diaphragm mechanism. Here, the fluid pressure acts on the larger area of the diaphragm, while the spring provides a balancing force. This intelligent design allows the process fluid itself to act as the operating medium — ensuring precise control even with the smallest deviation in pressure. We offer two specialized series to meet diverse industrial needs:
Downstream Pressure Control Valve Model Number:VE-SAP-R10 Series
Pilot Operated Pressure Control Valve Model Number:VE-SAP-R10P Series
